CLASSES
Our outcome-driven, small-group classes in Otara are held on the gym floor, allowing us to use equipment from throughout the rest of the gym. Our Bunker instructors don’t muck around, they care about helping you meet your goals.
A range of moderate to high intensity level workouts, the Cardio Club focuses on the utilising of cardio machine equipment, body weight movements and running. It is a great way to get your sweat fix, with most classes being 45mins long. All members get full access to our CARDIO CLUB classes in Ōtara or Howick.
Our Empire Recovery Room has 2x ice baths and 2x saunas; great for helping your body to recover after a week of training. You can either add one session a week onto your Open Membership or come in for a casual visit. Only available at Howick, East Auckland. Coming soon to Ōtara, South Auckland.
A challenge is a great way to push our members to reach their goals. We run most of our challenges in teams or pairs, so there's another member to hold you accountable and you can push each other to reach your potential! It's not just about turning up to class - it's about your mental wellbeing, a sense of togetherness and community, education around nutrition, and of course creating healthy habits.

The Competitors Members is an upgrade for those seeking more opportunities for growth & development in the sport of CrossFit. The Competitors receive additional group training opportunities as well as access to specific workshops throughout the year. For an additional $10pw on your normal membership, you can get access to extra training sessions with the Competitors crew. Only available at Ōtara South Auckland location.
